摘　　要：日本的图书馆业发达,优秀图书馆众多,冈崎市立中央图书馆便是其中的代表之一。这座图书馆努力开拓新的创意思维服务,没有受到网络时代对传统图书馆冲击的影响,不断地提供优质服务,做到了行业的典范,本文从硬件环境、运营方针及以人为本到位的服务等几个角度介绍了日本冈崎市立中央图书馆,希望能从中得到相应的启示。Libraries in Japan take the lead in this field,and libraries all over the country are working hard to develop new creative thinking services.Among them,the Central Library of Okazaki city is outstanding.This paper introduces the Okazaki Central Library in Japan from the aspects of hardware environment,operation policy and people-oriented service.This library is one of the epitomes of many excellent libraries in Japan.It is hopeful that we may get corresponding enlightenment from it.
