摘　　要：眼肌型重症肌无力、动眼神经麻痹同属中医眼科“睑废”范畴,现代医学尚无特效统一的治疗方法,属于难治病范畴,其发病率逐年增加,严重威胁患者的身心健康。傅云其主任医师从中医学的角度认识到本病多属本虚标实之证,本虚为“肝、脾、肾亏虚,标实多责之于风、痰、瘀阻滞经络,气血失和,目系失养,临证需分脾虚和肝肾亏虚两种不同证型,同时根据中医整体观念,结合患者年龄、体质因素、全身状况应用明目健眼法辨证施治,经临床多年实践,疗效满意。本文详细介绍傅云其主任医师针药并用治疗“睑废”的诊疗经验及思路。Ocular myasthenia gravis and oculomotor nerve palsy belong to the category of blepharoptosis in ophthalmology of traditional Chinese medicine.There is no specific and unified treatment methods in modern medicine,and it belongs to the category of refractory diseases.The incidence rate is increasing year by year,which seriously threatens the physical and mental health of patients.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,Fu Yunqi,the chief physician realized that the disease was mostly the syndrome of root deficiency and branch excess.Root deficiency is deficiency of the liver,spleen and kidney.wind evil,phlegm-dampness and blood stasis are the main characteristics of branch excess which blocked the meridians,lose harmony between qi and blood,and lose nutrition of eye system.The disease is divided into two different syndrome types:spleen deficiency and liver and kidney deficiency.At the same time,according to the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the age,physical factors and general condition of the patients,we applied the method of Mingmu Jianyan method syndrome differentiation and treatment.After years of clinical practice,the effect is satisfactory.This article introduced the experience and ideas of Chief Physician Fu Yunqi on diagnosis and treatment of“blepharoptosis”with acupuncture combined with medication in detail.
