摘 要:缓倾斜至倾斜中厚矿体回采时的采场矿石运搬问题极难解决。针对新沟白钨矿传统无底柱分段崩落采矿法的出矿问题进行了改进研究,通过崩落少量下盘围岩,以适当增大放矿倾角确保顺利出矿。研究成果表明,该方案节省了大量的采切工程,采矿直接成本降低了32元/t,采场生产能力提高了100t/d以上,取得了良好的效果,且提高了作业安全性,为同类矿体的高效安全回采提供了范例,具有较好的推广前景。It is very difficult to solve the problem of ore transportation in stope when mining gently inclined to inclined ore body with medium thickness.According to the drawing difficulty of Xingou scheelite mine,the traditional non-pillar sublevel caving mining method was studied and improved.By caving a small amount of footwall surrounding rock,the dip angle of ore drawing was increased properly to ensure the ore drawing.The research results show that the scheme saves a lot of mining and cutting projects,reduces the direct mining cost by 32 RMB/t,and increases the stope production capacity by more than 1000 t/d.Good economic benefits have been achieved,and the safety of operation has been improved.Therefore,it provides a good idea for the efficient and safe mining of similar ore bodies,and has a good prospect of promotion.
