摘 要:针对预裂爆破或光面爆破装药工序复杂、钻孔难度大、时间成本高等问题,同时,为了提高露天台阶爆破的边坡成型效率,针对东山秀清矿山迹地修复治理工程,对爆破漏斗理论在边坡成型保护中的应用进行研究。首先,根据利文斯顿爆破漏斗理论在边坡坡面控制区进行爆破漏斗理论规划设计,然后结合现场情况,采用正交试验设计方法进行爆破漏斗试验,分析爆破效果的最佳水平,从而对爆破参数进行优化。结果表明:优化后的爆破参数为孔排距1.90m、炸药单耗0.4kg/m^3、保护层厚度0.45m。实践表明:采用优化的爆破参数能有效地对边坡成型进行控制,减少了超挖、欠挖量,减弱了因边坡破坏给后续施工进度带来的影响,提高了施工效率,降低了工程费用。Aiming at the problems in pre-split blasting or smooth blasting,including complicated charging process,difficult drilling,and high time cost,in order to improve the shaping forming efficiency of open-pit step blasting,Dongshan Xiuqing Mine was taken as the restoration and treatment project.The application of balsting funnel theory in shaping forming control of slope was studied.Firstly,according to the Livingston blasting funnel theory,the theoretical planning and design of the blasting funnel was performed in the shaping control area.Then,combined with the field condition,orthogonal test design was used for blasting funnel tests to analyze the best level of blasting effect,so as to further optimize the blasting parameters.The results show that the optimized blasting parameters are 1.90 mof row spacing,0.4 kg/m^3 of explosive charge,and 0.45 m thickness of the protective layer,which can effectively control the shaping formation of slope,reduce the phenomenon of overexcavation and under-excavation,weaken the impact of slope damage on subsequent construction progress,improve the construction efficiency and reduce the project cost.
