摘  要:以马坑铁矿巷道掘进为研究背景,为解决施工中存在的巷道成形不规整,炮孔利用率仅79%左右2个问题,开展爆破漏斗试验,并结合理论计算优化设计一次成巷爆破方案。现场试验表明,一次成巷爆破每循环进尺2.51m,炮孔利用率达93%左右,周边半孔率达81%左右,巷道成型质量达到亚光面爆破效果。Taking the roadway excavation of the Makeng Iron Mine as the research background,the construction has two problems that the formation of roadway is irregular,and the utilization rate of blast hole is about 79%.In order to solve these problems,blasting funnel tests were carried out,and a blasting scheme for tunneling was designed by theoretical calculations.Field tests show that simultaneous drifting footage per cycle is 2.51 m,the blasthole utilization rate is about 93%,the half-hole rate is about 81%,and the roadway forming quality reaches smooth blasting effect.
