摘 要:针对矿山现场尾砂充填材料配比试验研究,单一指标往往难以精准地评价充填质量,而流动性能及强度性能相结合可获得较为可靠的充填质量评价结果。因此,研究提出了一种基于模糊数学的双指标充填配比质量评价方法,对全尾砂充填进行全面试验,以养护时间、料浆浓度及灰砂比为变量,将全尾砂试块单轴抗压强度及塌落度作为监测对象,制定充填配比试验方案。采用模糊数学的方法,以28d强度及塌落度作为评价指标对充填配比质量进行评价,建立强度性能及流动性能的双指标模糊评价矩阵,运用变异系数法确定双指标各自权重,采用模糊算子运算后,按最大隶属度原则确定最佳充填配比质量,并对28d强度及塌落度分别进行料浆浓度及灰砂比的线性回归分析,对回归方程进行双目标线性规划,验证了全尾砂充填配比质量模糊评价模型的正确性。Aiming at the research on the tailings filling material proportioning test at the mine site,it is often difficult to accurately evaluate the filling quality through a single index,but combining flow performance and strength performance can obtain a more reliable filling quality evaluation result.Therefore,a dual-index quality evaluation method of filling proportion was proposed based on fuzzy mathematics.With the curing time,slurry concentration and cement-sand ratio as variables,and the uniaxial compressive strength and slump of the whole tailings samples as the monitoring objects,the filling proportioning test scheme was determined.The fuzzy mathematics method was used to evaluate the quality of the filling proportion with two indexes of 28 dstrength and slump.A dual-index fuzzy evaluation matrix of strength performance and flow performance was established,and the weights of the two indexes were determined by using the variation coefficient method.After performing the operation with fuzzy operator,the quality of the best filling proportion was determined according to the principle of the maximum membership.The linear regression analysis of the 28 dstrength,slurry concentration and cement-sand ratio was carried out,as well as linear regression analysis of the slump slurry concentration and cement-sand ratio.And the regression equation was subjected to dual-objective linear programming,which verified the correctness of this evaluation model.
