摘 要:基于ABAQUS平台的扩展有限元法(XFEM),对塔山煤矿顶板K3砂岩的水力压裂裂缝扩展进行了数值模拟,分析了不同主应力差、注液速率、压裂液黏度、弹性模量和裂缝间距下的裂缝形态变化。模拟结果显示,主应力差、注液速率、弹性模量和裂缝间距对裂缝参数有明显的影响,而黏度无明显影响;当注液速率、弹性模量较大和主应力差较小时,起裂压力增加;当注液速率、黏度较大和主应力差、弹性模量较小时,最大缝宽增大;当注液速率、主应力差和弹性模量较大时,扩展半径增大;随着裂缝间距的增加,后续裂缝所受干扰变小,扩展半径增大。研究结果提供了坚硬顶板水力压裂裂缝的扩展规律,可为塔山煤矿水力压裂的施工与设计提供一定的参考。Based on the extended finite element method(XFEM)of the ABAQUS,numerical simulations were carried out on the fracture propagation of hydraulic fracturing in the roof K3 sandstone of Tashan Coal Mine,and the fracture morphology changes under the different principal stress differences,injection rates,liquid viscosities,elastic modulus and fracture spacings were analyzed.The simulation results show that the principal stress difference,injection rate,elastic modulus and fracture spacing have significant effects on the fracture parameters,and the viscosity has no obvious effect.When the injection rate and elastic modulus are large and the principal stress difference was small,the fracture initiation pressure increases;when the injection rate and viscosity was large and the principal stress difference and elastic modulus are small,the maximum fracture width increases;when the injection rate,principal stress difference and elastic modulus are large,the propagation radius increases.With the increase of crack spacing,the interference of subsequent cracks decreases and the propagation radius increases.The research results provide the propagation law of hydraulic fracturing crack in hard roof,and provide certain reference for construction and design of hydraulic fracturing in Tashan Coal Mine.
