摘 要:为解决特厚松软煤层巷道围岩松散易破碎、支护难度高等难题,以新巨龙煤矿的2304N巷道作为研究对象,利用松动圈理论通过等效圆的方法,得到2304N巷道顶板松动圈为1.82m,帮部松动圈为1.42m,确定了锚带网索联合支护的支护方案。基于松动圈理论与悬吊理论、组合梁理论等理论设计锚带网索联合支护的支护参数,确定锚杆长度为2.5m,锚杆间距为0.9m,锚杆排距为1.0m,顶板锚索长度为8.3m,顶角锚索长度为6.3m,锚索间距为1.8m,锚索排距为2m。通过FLAC3D数值模拟得到顶板收敛量和两帮移近量分别为32.4,38.4mm。通过现场监测得到顶板收敛量和两帮移近量分别为20.7,24.1mm,结果证明,锚带网索联合支护方案能够很好地控制特厚松软煤层巷道的变形收敛。In order to solve the problem that the surrounding rock of roadway in extra-thick and soft coal seam is loose and easy to be broken and its supporting is difficult,2304 Nroadway in Xinjulong Coal Mine was taken as the research object.Based on the theory of loose circle and the method of equivalent circle,the loose circle of roof and side wall was respectively 1.82 mand1.42 min 2304 Nroadway,and the support scheme of joint support of bolting mesh and cable was determined.Based on the theory of loose circle,suspension theory and composite beam theory,the supporting parameters of joint support of bolting mesh and cable were designed.The length of anchor bolt was 2.5 m,the spacing of anchor bolt was 0.9 m,the row distance of anchor bolt was 1.0 m,the length of anchor cable of roof was 8.3 m,the length of anchor cable at top angle was 6.3 m,the distance between anchor cables was 1.8 m,and the row distance of anchor cable was 2 m.Through FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation,the convergence of roof and the displacement of two sides were 32.4 mm and 38.4 mm respectively.The field monitoring showed that the roof convergence and the displacement of two sides was 20.7 mm and 24.1 mm respectively.The results prove that the joint support scheme of bolting mesh and cable can well control the deformation convergence of roadway in extra-thick and soft coal seam.
