摘  要:针对深井多中段生产通风容易时期和通风困难时期风压差异大、风网复杂难调控等问题,提出了井下主辅扇自动转换多级机站通风新技术,分析了该技术的系统工况,提出了该技术的构建方法,并采用该技术对湖北三鑫金铜股份有限公司通风系统进行优化。系统改造完成后,实测有效风量率达81.33%,风速合格率达76.32%,风机效率均在88%以上,系统运行成本下降23.04%,成功解决了湖北三鑫金铜股份有限公司井下风网复杂难调控、风量不足、风流反向、系统漏风、前后期风阻差异大、装机功率大等难题。Aiming at the problems of large difference of air pressure,as well as complex air network and its difficult control in the period of easy and hard ventilation periods in multi-middle level production of deep mine,a new technology of main and auxiliary fan automatically converting into multistage fan station in underground was proposed.The working condition of the technology was analyzed.The construction method of the technology was proposed.And the ventilation system of Hubei Sanxin Gold Copper Co.,Ltd,was optimized by using this technology.After finishing the system transformation,the measured effective air volume reached 81.33%,the qualified rate of air speed reached 76.32%,the fan efficiency was above 88%,and the system operation cost was reduced by 23.04%.The ventilation problems in this company were successfully solved,such as complex air network,difficult control of air network,insufficient air volume,reverse air flow,system air leakage,large difference of air resistance in early and late periods,and large installed power.
