摘  要:应用计算流体力学软件对深溜井卸矿过程进行数值模拟分析,发现粒径1.0×10^-3~7.0×10^-4 m的大颗粒矿尘最先沉降,小于1×10^-6 m的呼吸性粉尘最难沉降;卸矿后各支岔溜井口的平均风速分别为0.46,0.83,1.07m/s,冲击气流与卸矿高度呈正相关。结合现场测定的深溜井冲击气流速度和粉尘浓度,根据某矿山实际情况,提出了在溜井卸矿口安装翻转式挡风板的控尘措施。经现场试验,翻转式挡风板能够有效降低溜井卸矿口粉尘浓度和冲击风速,降尘率达95%以上,挡风率可达60%以上,同时有效解决溜井漏风、污风串联等问题,达到了挡风抑尘的目的。Numerical simulation analysis on unloading process in deep orepass was carried out by computational fluid dynamics software.It is found that the large particle dust with particle size of 1.0×10^-3~7.0×10^-4 m settles first,and the respirable dust less than 10-6 m is the most difficult to settle;the average wind speed of each branch orepass is 0.46,0.83 and 1.07 m/s respectively after ore unloading,and the impact airflow is positively correlated with the height of ore unloading.According to the actual situation of a mine,based on the field measurement of the impact airflow speed and dust concentration in the deep orepass,a dust control measure was proposed,that is,installing a reversible wind shield at the unloading opening of orepass.Through field test,the reversible wind shield can effectively reduce the dust concentration and impact airflow speed at the unloading opening of orepass,the dust reduction rate can reach more than 95%,and the wind resistance rate can reach over60%.At the same time,it can effectively solve the problems of air leakage and sewage air in series,so as to achieve the purpose of wind prevention and dust suppression.
