摘  要:目的探讨儿童单侧异位发育不良肾伴输尿管异位开口的临床特点、影像诊断及其治疗方法.方法回顾性分析13例单侧异位发育不良肾伴输尿管异位开口患儿的临床及影像学资料.结果13例患者临床主要症状为正常排尿间的持续性滴尿.超声检查9例,无确诊;静脉尿路造影(IVU)检查10例,3例确诊;阴道造影检查7例,2例确诊;CT平扫加增强检查11例,9例确诊;MRI检查4例,3例确诊.11例女性患儿手术治疗后及随访滴尿症状消失.结论单侧异位发育不良肾伴输尿管异位开口患儿临床症状较典型,CT及MRI可以提高该病的诊断阳性率,手术切除异位发育不良肾及所属输尿管即可治愈.Objective To explore the clinical features,imaging diagnosis and treatment of renal single dysplasia with ectopic ureter in children.Methods The clinical and imaging data of 13 cases of renal dysplasia with ectopic ureter were analyzed retrospectively.Results The mainly clinical symptoms of 13 patients were persistent leakage of urine between two normal urination.Ultrasound was performed in 9 cases,but none of renal dysplasia was found.IVU examination was performed in 10 cases and 3 cases were diagnosed.Vaginal angiography was performed in 7 cases and 2 cases were diagnosed.Enhanced CT scan was performed in 11 cases and 9 cases were diagnosed.MRI was performed in 4 cases and 3 cases were diagnosed.Urinary incontinence disappeared after operation of 11 females.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of renal single dysplasia with ectopic ureter are typical.CT and MRI can improve the positive rate of diagnosis of the disease.Children can be cured after surgical removal of ectopic dysplastic kidney and ureter.
