颈内静脉与锁骨下静脉植入输液港并发症发生率的对比分析

摘　　要：目的比较输液港植入术锁骨下静脉入路组和颈内静脉入路组术后静脉血栓形成发生率及其他并发症的发生率.方法输液港植入术患者锁骨下入路304例,颈内静脉入路290例,分析2组置管后远期静脉血栓及相关并发症发生率.结果颈内静脉的静脉血栓形成率,导管移位,感染,夹闭综合征等并发症发生率明显低于锁骨下静脉组(P<0.05).结论颈内静脉入路的并发症发生率低于锁骨下静脉入路,其安全性优于锁骨下静脉,值得广泛应用.Objective To compare the incidence of postoperative venous thrombosis and other complications after infusion port implantation between subclavian vein and internal jugular vein.Methods The venous thrombosis rate and other related complications of 304 patients with infusion port in the subclavian vein and 290 patients with infusion port in the internal jugular vein were analyzed.Results Compared with the subclavian vein group,the incidence of thrombosis,catheter displacement,infection,clipping syndrome and other complications were significantly lower in the internal jugular vein group(P<0.05).Conclusion Not only is the complication rate of the internal jugular vein lower but its safety is also better than that of subclavian vein.
