摘 要:在普通摆辗技术的基础上,提出了一种超大型圆盘件成形新技术——多辊摆辗技术。该技术具有省力、节能、产品尺寸精度高等优点,特别适用于制造超大型圆盘件。首先介绍了多辊摆辗技术的成形原理,然后,借助几何学与塑性成形原理对多辊摆辗的模具、工艺及坯料相关参数的设计方法进行了分析,最后,使用有限元分析软件Deform-3D对多辊摆辗成形超大型圆盘件进行了数值模拟分析,从而证明了所给参数设计方法的正确性,并且分析了多辊摆辗超大型圆盘件成形过程中的工件形状、工件外径、工件应变以及成形载荷的演变规律。研究结果表明,多辊摆辗技术的可靠性高,可为超大型圆盘件的直接成形提供方法。On the basis of ordinary rotary rolling technology,a new technology for forming super-large circular plate,namely multi-roller rotary rolling technology,was proposed,which had the advantages of labor-saving,energy-saving,high product dimensional accuracy,etc.and was especially suitable for manufacturing super-large circular plate.Firstly,the forming principle of the multi-roller rotary rolling technology was introduced,and the design method of die,process and blank related parameters for the multi-roller rotary rolling was analyzed based on geometry and plastic forming principles.Finally,the super-large circular plate forming by multi-roller rotary rolling was numerically simulated and analyzed by finite element analysis software Deform-3 D to verify the correctness of the given parameter design method,and the evolution rules of shape,outer diameter,strain and forming load for workpiece in the roller rotary rolling process of the super-large circular plate were analyzed.The results show that the multi-roller rotary rolling technology is reliable and provides a method for the direct forming of super-large circular plate.
