解肌发表与降气平喘并用治疗毛细支气管炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨解肌发表与降气平喘并用治疗毛细支气管炎的临床效果。方法选取2018年4月—2019年12月于我院接受治疗的91例毛细支气管炎患儿,依据盲抽法分为对照组(n=45)与观察组(n=46)。2组均予以常规治疗,对照组予以特布他林雾化治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用解肌发表与降气平喘方治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果与对照组相比,观察组总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论毛细支气管炎患儿采用解肌发表与降气平喘治疗效果显著,可有效促进转归。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of Jieji Fabiao recipe and Jiangqi Pingchuan recipe in treatment of capillary bronchitis.Methods 91 children with capillary bronchitis who treated in the hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=46)according to blind selection method.Two groups were given routine treatment,control group was treated with terbutaline solution for nebulization,and observation group was given Jieji Fabiao recipe and Jiangqi Pingchuan recipe based on control group.The clinical efficacy of two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jieji Fabiao recipe and Jiangqi Pingchuan recipe in treatment of capillary bronchitis have significant effects,and it can promote the prognosis of children.
