高效液相法同时测定阿司匹林类药物中有效成分含量及游离水杨酸的限量检测效果分析

摘　　要：目的:通过高效液相法(HPLC法)测定阿司匹林类药物中有效成分含量与游离水杨酸限量。方法:将供试品用乙醇溶液处理后,经Sepax GP-C18色谱柱为流动相,其中柱温保持30℃,流速保持1.0 mL/min,波长为303 nm。阴性对照选择不同浓度阿司匹林对照品和供试品溶液得出色谱图,供试品溶液内阿司匹林浓度为0.5 mg/mL。结果:峰面积与阿司匹林0.05~0.60 mg/mL、水杨酸1.5~30μg/mL存在良好线性关系。阿司匹林平均回收率为97.0%~99.7%,游离水杨酸平均回收率98.25%~99.05%。结论:HPLC法方便,准确度较高,能够有效同时测定阿司匹林药物中有效成分含量与游离水杨酸限量。Objective:The content of active components and the limit of free salicylic acid in aspirin drugs were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods:The test sample was treated with ethanol solution,and the mobile phase was Sepax gp-c18 column,in which the column temperature was kept at 30℃,the flow rate was kept at 1.0 mL/min,and the wavelength was 303 nm.The chromatogram of negative control and different concentrations of aspirin control and the test solution were obtained.The concentration of aspirin in test solution was 0.5 mg/mL.Results:There was a good linear relationship between peak area and aspirin 0.05~0.60 mg/mL,salicylic acid 1.5~30μg/mL.The average recovery of aspirin was 97.0%~99.7%,and that of free salicylic acid was 98.25%~99.05%.Conclusion:HPLC method is convenient,accurate and can be used to determine the content of active components and the limit of free salicylic acid in aspirin.
