摘　　要：目的:探讨抗感冒药物不良反应的临床表现及预防对策。方法:2017年4月-2019年9月收治感冒患者1000例,均给予抗感冒治疗,观察不良反应情况。结果:1000例患者中,大部分患者出现不同程度胃肠道不良反应、注意力不集中及嗜睡等症状。结论:抗感冒药物在临床使用中容易发生不良反应,要减少对患者的损害,必须注重对抗感冒药物的合理使用,降低药物不良反应发生率。Objective:To explore the clinical manifestations of adverse reactions and preventive measures of anti-cold drugs.Methods:From April 2017 to September 2019,1000 patients with cold were selected,which were treated with anti-cold treatment,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results:In 1000 patients,most of them had different degree of gastrointestinal adverse reactions,inattention,drowsiness and other symptoms.Conclusion:Anti-cold drugs are prone to adverse reactions in clinical use,want to reduce the damage to patients,we must pay attention to the rational use of anti-cold drugs,thus reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
