研究安博诺治疗原发性高血压对降低心血管事件发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究安博诺治疗原发性高血压对降低心血管事件发生率的影响。方法:2015年9月-2018年9月收治原发性高血压患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组采用厄贝沙坦治疗;观察组采用安博诺片治疗;比较两组心血管事件发生率、治疗前后收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)水平、生活质量及临床疗效。结果:观察组随访1年后心血管事件发生率低于对照组,观察组治疗后SBP、DBP水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者临床疗效比较:对照组治疗总有效率低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安博诺治疗原发性高血压效果突出,不仅能降低心血管事件发生率,还能改善患者的SBP、DBP水平及患者个人生活质量,且安全性高。Objective:To study the effect of ambonol on reducing the incidence of cardiovascular events in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:From September 2015 to September 2018,86 patients with essential hypertension were treated and randomly divided into two groups,each with 43 cases.The control group was treated with irbesartan.The observation group was treated with Ambono tablets.The incidence of cardiovascular events,SBP and DBP levels before and after treatment,quality of life and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results:After one year follow-up,the incidence of cardiovascular events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the levels of SBP and DBP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of clinical efficacy between the two groups:the total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambranolol is effective in the treatment of essential hypertension,which can not only reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events,but also improve the SBP and DBP levels of patients and their personal quality of life,with high safety.
