探讨补肾活血方联合缬沙坦片治疗2型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察缬沙坦片联合补肾活血方治疗2型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者的效果。方法:2017年6月-2019年10月收治2型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者86例,随机分为两组。对照组给予缬沙坦片治疗;研究组给予缬沙坦片联合补肾活血方治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组超敏C反应蛋白、单核细胞趋化因子-1及肿瘤坏死因子-α等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组甘油三酯、血清总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:缬沙坦联合补肾活血方治疗2型糖尿病肾病Ⅲ期患者,能取得较好的治疗效果,可改善患者病情,减轻炎症反应,有效抑制疾病进展。Objective:To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Formula combined with valsartan tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy of stageⅢ.Methods:From June 2017 to October 2019,86 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy of stageⅢwere selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with valsartan tablets.The study group was treated with valsartan tablets combined with Bushen Huoxue Formula.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,monocyte chemoattractant factor-1 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,triglycerides,serum total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were lower than those in the control group,while the high-density lipoprotein cholesterol level was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Bushen Huoxue Formula combined with valsartan tablets in the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy of stageⅢis better,it can improve the patient's condition,reduce the inflammatory reaction and effectively inhibit the progress of the disease.
