摘  要:目的:分析人工流产术后即刻放置宫内节育器对预防再次怀孕及人体的影响。方法:2016年6月-2017年12月收治人工流产术患者57例,分为两组。对照组术后下次月经结束后3~7 d内放置宫内节育器;观察组术后立即放置宫内节育器;比较两组术中出血量、月经恢复时间、妊娠发生率及并发症发生率。结果:两组术中出血量及妊娠发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组月经恢复时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫内节育器属于一种简便、安全、长效的避孕措施,而最佳放置时间,建议在人工流产术后即刻放置,可有效预防再次怀孕并减少对人体的伤害。Objective:To analyze the impact of placing an intrauterine device immediately after abortion on preventing pregnancy and human body.Methods:From June 2016 to December 2017,57 patients with artificial abortion were selected,they were divided into the two groups.The control group placed an intrauterine device within 3 to 7 days after the end of the next menstruation.The observation group placed an intrauterine device immediately after the operation.We compared the intraoperative blood loss,menstrual recovery time,pregnancy incidence and complications rate between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the incidence of pregnancy between the two groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of menstruation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:IUD is a simple,safe and long-term contraceptive method,and the best placement time should be placed immediately after induced abortion,which can effectively prevent re-pregnancy and reduce the harm to the human body.
