Quill线联合BOTOX肉毒素与光纤溶脂改善中下面部衰老效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨锯齿线联合肉毒素加光纤溶脂在改善中下面部衰老中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年2月下面部整形患者136例均接受锯齿线联合肉毒素加光纤溶脂治疗。术后进行主观和客观满意度评价。结果136例患者术后即刻、3、6、12个月改善率分别为100.00%、95.59%、89.71%和80.89%,呈逐渐下降趋势。术后即刻、3、6、12个月患者满意度评分分别为(9.15±0.65)分、(8.05±0.70)分、(6.30±0.55)分和(5.10±0.68)分,随时间延长患者满意度评分逐渐下降。期间出现的术后不良反应有疼痛、触痛、肿胀、瘙痒、瘀青和充血,未见过敏排斥、凹陷、感染等不良反应。结论锯齿线联合肉毒素加光纤溶脂在重塑下面部轮廓中,效果显著,手术创伤小无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of zigzag line combined with botulinum toxin and fiber-soluble fat in improving middle and lower aging.Methods A total of 136 patients with plastic surgery were enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to February 2018.Patients were treated with a zigzag line combined with botulinum toxin plus fiber-soluble fat.Subjective and objective satisfaction evaluation was performed after surgery.Results The improvement rates of 136 patients immediately after surgery,3 months after operation,6 months after operation and 12 months after operation were 100.00%,95.59%,89.71%and 80.89%,respectively.The patient satisfaction scores were(9.15±0.65),(8.05±0.70),(6.30±0.55),and(5.10)immediately after surgery,3 months after surgery,6 months after surgery,and 12 months after surgery(±0.68)points,the patient satisfaction score gradually decreased with time.Postoperative complications occurred during the period were pain,tenderness,swelling,itching,bruising and congestion.No complications such as allergic rejection,depression,infection was observed.Conclusion The zigzag line combined with botulinum toxin and fiber-soluble fat in the remodeling of the lower part of the contour,the effect is significant,surgical trauma is small and no serious complications,it is worthy of clinical application.
