摘 要:目的分析尿酸对尿液有机酸成分及肠道功能的影响。方法入组受试者71例,均通过气相色谱-质谱联用(GCMS)获得尿液中有机酸各代谢产物相对含量,并完成健康体检自测问卷系统。结果不同性别的高尿酸发生率不同,男性比女性更易得高尿酸血症(P<0.05);血尿酸值与柠檬酸、α-酮戊二酸、琥珀酸、香草基扁桃酸、葡萄糖酸、焦谷氨酸等6个指标成负相关。高尿酸组与正常尿酸组人群中β-羟基丁酸、柠檬酸、α-酮戊二酸、琥珀酸、α-酮基-β-甲基戊酸、焦谷氨酸差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。腹泻腹痛、大便性状改变在两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合目前研究柠檬酸、α-酮戊二酸的缺乏可能导致血尿酸水平增高,其他尿液有机酸成分与尿酸的相关性需进一步研究。血尿酸的增高会导致大便性状的改变。Objective To analyze the effect of uric acid on the organic acid composition and intestinal function in urine.Methods The relative contents of organic acid metabolites in urine were obtained by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GCMS)in 71 subjects who complete the health examination self-test questionnaire system.Results The incidence of hyperuricemia was different in different sex,men were more likely to get hyperuricemia than women(P<0.05),and the blood uric acid value was negatively correlated with 6 indexes such as citric acid,α-ketoglutaric acid,succinic acid,vanilloid tonsil acid,gluconic acid and pyroglutamic acid.β-hydroxybutyric acid,citric acid,α-ketopentyl in the high uric acid group and normal uric acid group.The differences of diacid,succinic acid,α-keto-β-methyl glutaric acid and pyroglutamate were statistically significant.Diarrhea,abdominal pain and stool traits were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The deficiency of citric acid andα-ketoglutarate may lead to the increase of serum uric acid,and the correlation between other urine organic acids and uric acid needs further study.The increase of serum uric acid will lead to the change of stool characteristics.
