摘　　要：目的探讨老年新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊和疑似患者合并高血压糖尿病的整体护理措施.方法针对20例住院患者的相关治疗措施,从一般护理、用药护理、饮食护理、皮肤护理、心理护理、出院指导等方面进行整体护理.结果经过及时有效的临床治疗,密切观察患者病情变化,实施整体护理,19例老年新冠肺炎确诊和疑似合并多种基础疾病患者康复出院,1例疑似患者转外院治疗.结论对老年新型冠状病毒肺炎确诊和疑似合并高血压糖尿病患者进行早期干预性护理,同时给予相关心理护理,可减少住院时间、并发症的发生、降低病死率、提高患者生活质量.Objective To explore and evaluate the overall nursing measures for the diagnosis and suspected patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia complicated with hypertension and diabetes.Methods According to the relevant treatment measures of 20 inpatients in our hospital,overall care was performed from aspects of general care,medication care,diet care,skin care,psychological care,and discharge guidance.Result Afier timely and flfective clinical treatment,close observation of the patient's condition changes,and implementation of holitic care,19 elderly patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia were diagnosed and suspected of being complicated with multiple underlying diseases and discharged.1 patient was transferred to another hospital for treatment.Conclusion Early interventional nursing of elderly Patients with novel coronavirus pneumonia diagnosis and suspected patients complicated with hypertension and diabetes and related psychological care can reduce the length of hospial stay.the occurrence of complications,reduce the mortality rate and improve the quality of life of patients.
