摘　　要：根据乘用车手动变速箱外部换挡系统的研究,对外部换挡系统的主要结构原理进行分析,找出系统结构和挡位品质的相关性,进而提出外部换挡系统品质提升方案,并通过主观评价和客观测试对提升方案在静、动态挡位品质改善上的效果进行充分验证。为外部换挡系统挡位品质提升,建立一套完整的设计开发、试验验证流程方法。According to the research of manul transmission external shifting system on passenger car,the main structural principles of external shifting system was analysed,the correlation between system structure and gear quality was found,then the gear quality improvement scheme of external gear shifting system is put forward,subjective evaluation and objective observation test were used to fully verify the effect of the improvement scheme on improving static and dynamic gear quality.A complete design and test verification process method is established for the gear quality improvement of external gear shifting system.
