摘 要:膀胱镜检查、双J管拔除、尿道扩张等是泌尿外科常见的下尿路操作,借助膀胱镜、尿道探子泌尿外科医师可以较为方便、快捷完成。但其也有自身的缺点,如最常见的膀胱镜系统,其系统构成复杂、移动性差,同时需护士的协助方可完成医疗操作;由于医生无法直视存在狭窄的尿道,尿道扩张盲目性较大,易造成患者医源性尿道损伤。鉴于此,本研究拟设计生产一种便携式多功能尿道镜以改善在门急诊、床旁进行常规有创操作不便的问题。该镜具有以下功能:(1)术者可在门急诊、床旁单独完成膀胱镜检查、拔除双J管;(2)配备不同的外鞘以达到不同医疗目的,如可视化尿道扩张、可视化留置导尿(尿道狭窄患者)。目前我科已完成该多功能尿道镜的专利申报,同时初代验证机已生产以验证该镜功能设计的可行性,二代机的改进生产也正紧锣密鼓的进行,后续将完成动物实验以验证可行性、安全性。Cystoscopy,D-J tube extraction and urethral dilatation are common operations in urology.Urologists can perform these operations conveniently and quickly with the help of cystoscope and urethral probes.But such operations also have difficulties.For example,as the cystoscope system is complex with poor mobility,it can only be performed with the help of nurses.What’s more,since urologists are unable to see through the narrow urethra,urethral dilatation may cause iatrogenic urethral injury.The researchers have designed and produced a portable multifunctional urethroscope to overcome operation inconvenience in outpatient and emergency treatment.The urethroscope has the following functions:1)urologists can perform cystoscopy and remove D-J tubes alone in outpatient department or bedside;2)different outer sheaths are provided for different medical purposes,such as visualized urethral dilatation and visualized indwelling catheterization(for patients with urethral stricture).At present,we have completed patent application of the multifunctional urethroscope,and have produced the initial-generation demonstration machine to verify its function.The improved second-generation machine is also being produced,and follow-up animal experiments will be completed to verify the feasibility and safety.
