工业集聚对全要素生产率影响机理及区域异质性研究

摘　　要：基于2006~2018年中国大陆30个省市面板数据,通过构建交互项与面板门槛模型,在经济发展和对外开放水平影响下,检验威廉姆森假说和开放性假说在工业领域是否存在,揭示工业集聚对全要素生产率的影响机理及区域异质性。结果表明:随着经济发展水平的提高,工业集聚对全要素生产率的正向影响边际递减;随着对外开放水平的提升,工业集聚会强化对全要素生产率的正向影响。工业集聚对全要素生产率的影响存在基于经济发展和对外开放的门槛效应。我国东、中、西部地区工业集聚显著促进全要素生产率提升,但仅东部印证了威廉姆森假说;随着对外开放程度的提升,东部和中部地区工业集聚更有利于提升全要素生产率。Based on panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China's Mainland from 2006 to 2018,this paper constructs an interactive item and panel threshold model to test the existence of Williamson Hypothesis and Open Hypothesis in the industrial field under the influence of economic development and the level of openness to the outside world,revealed the influence mechanism and regional heterogeneity of industrial agglomeration on total factor productivity(TFP).The results show that,with the improvement of economic development level,the positive influence of industrial agglomeration on total factor productivity was diminished marginal.With the improvement of the level of openness to the outside world,industrial agglomeration will strengthen the positive influence on total factor productivity.The impact of industrial agglomeration on total factor productivity is based on the threshold effect of economic development and opening-up.Industrial agglomeration in the eastern,central and western regions of China significantly promotes the improvement of total factor productivity,but only the eastern region confirms Williamson Hypothesis.With the improvement of the degree of openness to the outside world,the industrial agglomeration in eastern and central regions is more conducive to the improvement of total factor productivity.
