摘  要:介绍了多元体系下含Sc铝合金中Al3Sc/Al3(Scx,M1-x)第二相粒子的研究进展。Al3Sc/Al3(Scx,M1-x)第二相粒子是含Sc铝合金性能得以提升的关键。Al3Sc/Al3(Scx,M1-x)相在凝固时作为晶粒非均质形核中心,使枝晶影响被弱化或消除,铸态晶粒获得细化;Al3Sc/Al3(Scx,M1-x)还会在铝合金热变形和热处理过程中弥散析出,从而抑制再结晶晶粒的形核与长大,使合金的再结晶温度得以提升,并钉扎位错和亚晶界,阻碍位错移动和亚晶界迁移与合并,从而提高合金强度等。多元合金体系下,Al3(Scx,M1-x)粒子的形核长大过程比Al3Sc粒子复杂得多,在绝大多数情况下很难简单套用LSW模型进行理论预测。并对Al3(Scx,M1-x)粒子的形核长大研究方法进行了总结,其中计算方法是研究Al3Sc/Al3(Scx,M1-x)第二相粒子形核长大的一种行之有效的方法。The research progress in Al3Sc/Al3(Scx,M1-x)particles in the scandium-containing aluminum alloy under the multi-component system was reviewed.Al3Sc/Al3(Scx,M1-x)particles is the key to improve the performance of the scandium-containing aluminum alloy.Al3Sc/Al3(Scx,M1-x)particles can be acted as the grain heterogeneous nuclei when the alloy liquid is solidified,so that the influence of the dendrites is weakened or eliminated,and as-cast crystal grains are also refined.Al3Sc/Al3(Scx,M1-x)particles can be also precipitated dispersively during deformation and heat treatment of aluminum alloy,thus inhibiting the nucleation and growth of recrystallized grains.It can also increase the recrystallizing temperature of the alloy,pining dislocation and subgrain boundary,hindering and preventing dislocation movement and subgrain boundary migration and merging,which improve the strength of the alloy.In multicomponent alloy system,the nucleation and growth of Al3Sc/Al3(Scx,M1-x)particles are much more complex than that of Al3Sc particles,so it is difficult to predict theoretically according to LSW model in most cases.The research methods of nucleation and growth of Al3(Scx,M1-x)particles were also summarized,of which the calculation method is an effective method to understand the nucleation and growth of Al3Sc/Al3(Scx,M1-x)particles.
