摘  要:探讨了消失模铸造与粘土砂型铸造条件下的普通灰铸铁(HT200)与孕育铸铁(HT250)的石墨形态、基体组织和力学性能。结果表明,与粘土砂型铸造相比,采用相同化学成分的铁水和相同的浇注条件,消失模铸造条件下形成的A形片状石墨粗大,石墨长度更长;基体组织中铁素体含量增大;抗拉强度与硬度均低于粘土砂铸造的。因此,采用消失模铸造工艺时,为了保证铸件本体的力学性能,应根据铸件结构和壁厚等因素,结合铸件牌号要求和生产条件,采取相应的强化措施。The graphite morphology,base structure and mechanical properties of common grey cast iron(HT200)and inoculated cast iron(HT250)in LFC and in clay sand casting were investigated.The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties of EPC are different from those of clay sand casting under the same chemical composition and pouring conditions.The A-shaped flake graphite formed by LFC is more coarse and longer,and the content of ferrite in the matrix is increased,and both the tensile strength and hardness are lower than those of clay sand casting.Therefore,the corresponding strengthening measures should be taken into account according to the casting structure,wall thickness,casting brand requirements and production conditions to ensure the mechanical properties of the castings when LFC process is adopted.
