摘  要:通过计算成分为Al-0.064Si-0.106Fe-0.004Ti-0.005V的铝液在硼化处理过程中的成分变化和析出相,分析了B添加量对铝液中V、Ti含量的影响,并提出了硼添加量的推荐计算公式。结果表明,提高铝液温度有利于提高B的溶解度,铝液在硼化处理的温降过程中优先析出TiB2相,然后析出VB2相;通过控制B的添加量和铝液温度,可以将铝液中溶质V、Ti含量分别控制在0.0005%和0.0025%以下,合理的B添加量可以根据铝液初始的Ti、V元素含量进行计算。The effects of B addition on the content of V and Ti in the Al-melt were analyzed by calculating the compositional variation and precipitation phase of Al-0.064Si-0.106Fe-0.004Ti-0.005Vin the process of boronization,and the recommended calculation formula of B addition was put forward.The results show that it is beneficial to improving the solubility of B with increasing the temperature of Al-melt,and the sequence of precipitation phase in the cooling process of boronizing can be expressed as follow:TiB2→VB2.The content of solute V and Ti in the Al-melt can be controlled below 0.0005%and 0.0025%,respectively,by controlling the amount of B addition and the temperature of Al-melt,and the reasonable amount of B addition can be calculated according to the initial content of titanium and vanadium.
