摘 要:采用电子背散射衍射分析(EBSD)和弯曲等测试分析方法,研究了气垫式连续退火炉与箱式炉退火方式对3003铝合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,箱式炉退火工艺特点是低温长时,在回复和再结晶过程之前或同时并发析出弥散相,导致再结晶延迟、形成粗大长条状再结晶组织以及异常尖锐的强P{011}<111>织构;而气垫式连续退火炉工艺特点是高温短时,避免了并发析出弥散相,呈现细小均匀的等轴晶粒组织,再结晶织构具有随机性,其中,P{011}<111>织构相对较弱。对比两种退火方式处理后合金的弯曲性能发现,箱式退火炉弯曲后表面呈现橘皮现象,气垫炉试样表面则较为光滑,弯曲性能相对较好。The effects of two annealing methods of air cushion continuous annealing furnace and box furnace on the structure and properties of 3003aluminum alloy were investigated by EBSD and bending experiment.The results show that the annealing process of box annealing furnace is characterized by low temperature and long time,and the precipitated dispersion phase occurs before recovery and recrystallization or simultaneously,leading to the delay of recrystallization,the coarse long strip recrystallization structure and the extremely sharp strong P{011}<111>texture,while the annealing process of the air cushion furnace is characterized by high temperature and short time,which avoids the concurrent precipitated dispersion phase,presenting fine and uniform equiaxed structure.Recrystallization texture becomes more or less random,and the texture of P{011}<111>is relatively weak.The bending performance of the two annealing methods was compared.It is found that the orange peel appears on the surface of the alloy after the box annealing furnace treatment,and the surface of the air cushion furnace sample is relatively smooth with better bending performance.
