摘 要:盾构过浅基础房屋的沉降控制一直是地下工程的难点。在广州市轨道交通工程中,盾构穿越浅基础群房,房屋基础沉降控制是最大的技术难点。通过监测数据信息化、注浆加固、盾构机参数调整等措施,有效地控制了基础沉降,确保了房屋结构安全及正常使用,成功地解决了此难题。可为同类工程施工提供借鉴。The settlement control of shield-driven buildings with shallow foundations has always been a difficulty in underground engineering.In the Guangzhou rail transit project,the settlement control of the house foundation is the biggest technical difficulty as the shield tunneling through the shallow foundation group houses.Through monitoring data informatization,grouting reinforcement,shield machine parameter adjustment and other measures,the foundation settlement was effectively controlled,and the safety and normal use of the building structure were ensured.The problem was successfully solved,and the paper provides reference for the construction of similar projects.
