摘  要:提速道岔表示电路中二极管采用三串三并安全冗余结构,目的是为了通过采用冗余措施使二极管回路一条击穿开路后还有两路回路保证其稳定工作,但二极管除了沟通表示回路以外还承担了1DQJ缓放时形成“小台阶”的电流,这样二极管经过多次被冲击后可能出现冗余结构被击穿开路或者短路的情况,但这种情况在微机监测或者现场测试是没有办法提前预料的,也就是说我们没有办法提前预判,直到二极管彻底损坏道岔没有表示才能表现出来。Diode in the indication circuit of speed-up switch adopts the redundant structure for safety of three series connections and three parallel connections.The purpose is to ensure that there are still two circuits operating stably after one diode circuit is broken down by adopting redundancy measures.However,the diode not only communicates with the indication circuit,but also bears the current of"small step"formed during 1dqj slow release.In this way,after repeatedly impacted,the redundant structure of the diode may be breakthrough or short-circuit,which cannot be predicted through computer monitoring or field test.In other words,we cannot notice in advance until the diode is totally breakdown,and the switch has no indication.
