芪柏塌渍方外敷治疗儿童海蜇伤急性皮炎疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨芪柏塌渍方外敷治疗儿童海蜇伤急性皮炎临床疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法选取海蜇伤性急性皮炎患儿120例。随机分为芪柏塌渍组和硫酸镁组各60例。芪柏塌渍组在硫酸镁组治疗基础上给予芪柏塌渍方外敷,观察组给予硫酸镁湿敷,治疗3 d后对两组患者起效、疼痛时间、皮损消退、肿胀消退时间,组胺、致痛物质,IL-6、IL-8、IL-10以及表皮含水量和油脂量进行比较,进而评价两组效果。结果芪柏塌渍组起效时间快于硫酸镁组(P<0.05),且疼痛时间、皮损消退时间及肿胀时间均短于硫酸镁组(均P<0.05)。治疗后两组组胺及致痛物质较治疗前均有所下降(P<0.01),芪柏塌渍组效果明显优于硫酸镁组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组IL-6、IL-8升高,IL-10表达量低,治疗后两组IL-6、IL-8表达量降低,IL-10表达量升高(P<0.05),且芪柏塌渍组效果优于硫酸镁组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组表皮含水量及油脂量均减少,治疗后两组上述指标升高,组内比较差异明显(P<0.01),且芪柏塌渍组改善情况优于硫酸镁组(P<0.05)。结论芪柏塌渍方外敷可以提高儿童海蜇伤急性皮炎临床效果,降低过敏及炎症反应,改善皮肤状态。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Qibai Tazi Decoction on acute dermatitis caused by jelly⁃fish in children and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods:120 patients were divided into Qibai group and magnesium sulfate group,60 cases in each group.Qibai group was treated with Qibai Tazi Decoction,and the observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate wet compress.After 3 days′treatment,the effect,pain time,skin loss regression,swelling regression time,histamine,pain causing substances,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,skin water content and oil content were compared between the two groups,and the effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results:The onset time of Qibai group was faster than that of magnesium sulfate group(P<0.05).The time of pain,skin loss and swelling were shorter than those of magnesium sulfate group(P<0.05).After the treatment,his⁃tamine and pain causing substance in both groups decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01).Before treatment,IL-6 and IL-8 were increased and IL-10 expression was low in the two groups.After treatment,that of IL-6 and IL-8 decreased,while that of IL-10 increased(P<0.05).Before treatment,the water content and oil con⁃tent of epidermis decreased in both groups.After treatment,the above indicators of both groups increased,and the difference between them was significant(P<0.01).All of the improvements above in Qibai group were better than those of the magnesium sulfate group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qibai Tazi Decoction can improve the clinical effect of acute dermatitis caused by jellyfish in children,reduce the allergic and inflammatory reactions,and improve the skin condition.
