补血润目汤眼部离子透入治疗干眼症(肝郁血虚证)的临床观察

摘　　要：目的比较口服疏肝润目汤联合补血润目汤离子透入与单纯口服疏肝润目汤或单滴聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗干眼症的疗效。方法150例患者随机分为治疗组、对照1组、对照2组各50例。治疗组予以口服疏肝润目汤联合补血润目汤离子透入治疗,对照1组予以口服疏肝润目汤,对照2组予以滴聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗,比较3种不同方法治疗干眼症,治疗前后泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间、视觉相关生活质量观察评分。结果各组治疗后泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间都较前改善;治疗组治疗后泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间改善均优于对照组;各组治疗后代表视觉生存质量的眼痛、社会活动、心理健康均较前有不同程度的改善,治疗组治疗后视觉生存质量各项评分均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论口服疏肝润目汤联合补血润目汤离子透入治疗干眼优于单纯口服疏肝润目汤或滴用聚乙二醇滴眼液。Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of Shugan Runmu Decoction and Buxue Runmu Decoc⁃tion with Shugan Runmu Decoction or polyethylene glycol eye drops alone on dry eye.Methods:150 patients were randomly divide into the observation group,control group 1 and control group 2,50 cases in each.The obser⁃vation group was treated with Shugan Runmu Decoction combined with Buxue Runmu Decoction,the control group 1 with Shugan Runmu Decoction,and the control group 2 with polyethylene glycol eye drops.The tear secretion,tear film rupture time and visual related quality of life were compared before and after treatment with three differ⁃ent methods.Results:After treatment,the tear secretion and tear film rupture time of the 3 groups were improved,and the differences were statistically;eye pain,social activities and mental health,which represent the quality of vi⁃sual life,were improved to varying degrees,with statistical significances.Moreover,compared with the control groups,those in treatment group were better,and the difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclu⁃sion:Oral Shugan Runmu Decoction combined with Buxue Runmu Decoction is superior to oral Shugan Runmu Decoction alone and polyethylene glycol eye drops alone in the treatment of dry eye.
