从瘀阻经络论眼针疗法在红斑性肢痛症中的作用

摘　　要：红斑性肢痛症是一种病因不明的血管扩张性疾病,属中医学"热痹"范畴。其病机复杂,瘀阻经络为其主要发病病机,治疗原则以清热活血通络为主。本文对眼针疗法治疗红斑性肢痛症的临床应用、操作手法、随症加减进行了系统介绍,从瘀阻经络角度探讨运用眼针疗法来活血化瘀通络,滋阴降火,并举医案说明,为红斑性肢痛症的临床诊治提供了新思路。Erythromelalgia is a angiectatic disease of unknown etiology,which belongs to the category of“heat bi”in Chinese medicine.Its pathogenesis is complicated,and the main pathogenesis is blood stasis blocking merid⁃ian.The treatment principle is mainly to clear heat,activate blood and dredge collaterals.This article systematical⁃ly introduces the clinical application,the operation technique,and the modifying herb swith the changes of syn⁃drome of ophthalmic acupuncture in the treatment of erythromelalgia,and discusses ophthalmic acupuncture to acti⁃vate blood,absorb clots,dredge collaterals,nourish yin and remove fire from the perspective of blood stasis block⁃ing meridian and gives the medical record as an example,to provides a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of erythromelalgia.
