摘 要:将丙烯酸单体接枝到油性醇酸树脂上,选用三乙胺作中和剂使其水性化,得到水性丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂,然后用水性丙烯酸乳液与水性丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂杂化,制备水性丙烯酸乳液−丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂杂化涂料。研究了丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂中和前酸值、基础醇酸树脂酸值、不同催干剂和水性丙烯酸乳液的用量对涂料及其涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,当中和前酸值为50~60 mgKOH/g、基础醇酸树脂的酸值为10~15 mgKOH/g、催干剂HLD-061的用量为丙烯酸改性醇酸树脂固含量的1.6%和水性丙烯酸乳液KG-11的用量为200 g时,制备的杂化涂层的附着力1级,光泽度90%,表干时间10 min,实干4 h,耐水性大于120 h,耐中性盐雾试验360 h。Acrylic monomer was grafted onto oil alkyd resin,triethylamine was used as neutralizer to make it waterborne,and waterborne acrylic modified alkyd resin was obtained.Then waterborne acrylic emulsion and waterborne acrylic modified alkyd resin hybrid coatings were prepared by mixing waterborne acrylic emulsion and waterborne acrylic modified alkyd resin.The effects of the pre-neutralization acid value of acrylic modified alkyd resin,the acid value of basic alkyd resin,different driers,and dosages of waterborne acrylic emulsion on the properties of coatings and coatings films were studied.The results showed that when the pre-neutralization acid value was 50~60 mgKOH/g,the acid value of basic alkyd resin was 10~15 mgKOH/g,the dosage of drier HLD-061 was 1.6%of the solid content of acrylic modified alkyd resin,and the dosage of acrylic emulsion KG-11 was 200 g,the adhesion degree of the hybrid coatings was 1,the gloss was 90%,the surface drying time was 10 min,the hard drying time was 4 hours,the water resistance time was more than 120 hours,and the neutral salt spray resistance time was 360 hours.
