摘　　要：2019年,越南政局大体稳定,经济快速增长,外交相对活跃,各方面发展取得了较好成效。随着越南成为东盟轮值主席国和联合国安理会非常任理事国(2020—2021年),2020年将成为越南外交的“大年”。In 2019,Vietnam’s political situation is generally stable,with rapid economic growth,relatively active diplomacy,and good results have been achieved in all aspects of development.As Vietnam becomes the rotating president of ASEAN and a non-permanent member of the UN Security Council(2020-2021),2020 will be the“big year”of Vietnam’s diplomacy.
