摘  要:天然气中存在的汞具有高挥发性、高毒性及腐蚀性,因此需要控制其含量。常规脱汞工艺多为干气脱汞,即脱汞装置安装在脱水单元下游。对于简易井口平台往往不考虑脱水处理,因此,需要考虑适当的湿气脱汞工艺。采用非再生型吸附脱汞工艺,辅助适当的入口气体处理设备,可简化工艺流程,降低成本。文章对几种湿气脱汞技术进行了分析对比,同时提出了流程设计需求。Because of the high volatility,high toxicity and corrosiveness of mercury in natural gas,it is necessary to control its content. The conventional mercury removal process is mainly focus on dry gas,that means,mercury removal device needs to be installed at downstream of dehydration unit. For wellhead platforms,dehydration treatment is often not necessary,so appropriate wet gas mercury removal process need to be considered. The process flow can be simplified and the cost can be reduced by adopting the non-regenerative mercury removal process and assisting the appropriate inlet gas treatment equipment. In this article,several kinds of mercury removal technology are analyzed and compared,and the requirements of process design are put forward.
