区域城市先进制造业现状分析与发展策略研究--基于粤港澳大湾区珠三角9市

摘　　要：通过构建先进制造能力评价体系,并对粤港澳大湾区9市进行对比分析。研究发现,9市整体上具有良好产业基础,但仍存在科技创新能力、产业结构优化等问题,且具有产业发展动力不足、核心技术和人才匮乏、发展氛围欠佳和行业标准缺失等瓶颈。故此,基于生命周期理论度量9市先进制造业所处阶段,按照不同发展阶段提出产业协同、技术创新、产业融合和基础发展模式,从政府、企业和高校三方面提出应重视科研创新、产业结构优化和高新技术等问题解决的发展建议。This paper constructs an evaluation system of advanced manufacturing capability.Then,we analyze the comparative analysis of the selected city.It is found that 9 cities,on the whole,have a good industrial foundation,but the 9 cities also have bottlenecks,such as the lack of development momentum of advanced manufacturing industry,the deficiency of core technology and talent,the limited development atmosphere and industry standards.In addition,this paper utilizes life cycle theory to measure the stage of advanced manufacturing industry in the 9 cities,and puts forward four modes according to different development stages,including industrial coordination mode,technological innovation mode,industrial integration mode and basic development mode.Finally,from the aspects of government,enterprises and universities,this paper provides recommendations for the development of advanced manufacturing industry including attaching importance to scientific research innovation,industrial structure,high-tech problems.
