摘  要:分析线虫寄生对柞蚕幼虫脂肪体组织结构的影响,对于进一步明确其对柞蚕的致病机制具有重要意义。采用透射电镜观察柞蚕5龄幼虫被线虫寄生后其脂肪体的病理变化,线虫寄生柞蚕14 d后,柞蚕脂肪体细胞脂肪球变形,数量减少,颜色变浅;线粒体中嵴和颗粒体的数量减少;多数细胞核解体,少数未裂解的细胞核核膜表面凹凸不平,染色质分布也较为分散;内质网肿胀并且排列紧密,未见核糖体颗粒。The histological structure change in the fat body of Antheraea pernyi larvae was observed to further explore the pathogenic mechanism of parasitic Nematode infection with A.pernyi larvae.In this study,Transmission electron microscopy(TEM)was applied to observe the morphological changes in the fat body of tussah silkworm larvae in 5th instar post nematode parasitization.The results showed that fat globule in fat body cells could be observed,which became smaller in count and lighter in color at day 14 after parasitization.The number of cristae and granules in mitochondria decreased,with most cell nucleus disintegrated.A few non-disintegrated nucleus had uneven membranes,with scattered chromatin.The endoplasmic reticulums were extremely swelling and arranged closely,on which the number of ribosomes were absent.
