摘  要:采用碳化硅膜作为核心过滤元件,通过自建试验装置精对苯二甲酸(PTA)精制废水进行过滤处理,以膜通量为考察依据,对不同工艺处理条件下的过滤效果进行了研究,得出结果如下:精制废水处理采用精度为0.1μm的碳化硅膜适宜,在操作压力0.1 MPa,温度45℃,膜面流速1.6 m/s,反冲周期2 h,反冲压力0.4 MPa时,碳化硅膜过滤效果最好,溶解总固的去除率可达51.5%,为工业化应用提供了参考。In this paper,silicon carbide film(SiC film)was the core components in filter operation,and the PTA refining waste water was filtered by a self-built experimental device.The membrane flux was as the research target.The filtration effect was tested in different processing parameters,and results were as follows.The SiC film with accuracy 0.1μm was suitable todispose of refined wastewater.When the operating pressure was 0.1 MPa,the temperature at 45℃,the velocity on membrane flux at 1.6 m/s,the recoil cycle over time at 2 h and the recoil pressureover time at 0.4 MPa,the effect of membrane filtration was the best.And the removal rate of dissolved total solids could reach 51.5%,so the result of this experimen had a related reference to the industrialization of silicon carbide film in the applications for PTA refining wastewater.
