摘  要:本文采用Aspen Plus软件建立与实际运行装置相符合的马来酸酐(MAH)连续减压蒸馏工艺模型,考察压力、温度、回流比和塔顶采出量等工艺参数对轻组分塔T-1901和成品塔T-1902产品纯度和装置能耗的影响,确定了最优工艺参数,T-1901塔顶压力为15 kPa、回流比为0.8、塔顶采出量为630 kg/h;T-1902塔顶压力为15 kPa、回流比为25、塔顶循环量为1200 kg/h,装置能耗变化率共降低27.87%。丙烯酸浓度在300~1000 mg/L的进料组分经过T-1901塔可分离至10 mg/L以下,经过T-1902塔后MAH成品中的丙烯酸浓度≤1 mg/L,提升了产品质量。Aspen Plus software is used to establish a process model of continuous hypobaric distillation of maleic anhydride,which is in accordance with the actual operation device.Process parameters such as pressure,temperature,reflux ratio and top recovery were investigated to find out their effects on product purity and energy consumption of T-1901 and T-1902.Finally,the optimal process parameters were determined as follows,the top pressure of T-1901 tower at 15 kPa,the reflux ratio at 0.9,the top recovery at 630 kg/h.While the top pressure of T-1902 tower was at 15 kPa,the reflux ratio at 25,and the top circulation at 1200 kg/h.The change rate of energy consumption had been reduced by 27.87%.The concentration of acrylic acid in feed component was 300~1000 mg/L,which could be separated to less than 10 mg/L through T-1901 tower.After passing T-1902 tower,the concentration of acrylic acid in MAH product was less than 1 mg/L.Through the adjustment of process parameters,the product quality was improved.
