摘 要:[目的]明确新型复配除草剂20%五氟·唑·氰氟可分散油悬浮剂在水稻生态系统中的残留消解行为,评估其对稻田环境的风险。[方法]样品采用乙腈提取、石墨化碳黑(GCB)、C18净化,利用色谱-串联质谱联用仪(HPLC-MS/MS和GC-MS/MS)检测。[结果]五氟磺草胺、氰氟草酯、唑草酮及其代谢物的进样质量浓度与峰面积呈良好线性相关,R2>0.99,在稻秆、糙米和稻壳中的平均回收率在71%~110%之间、RSD在0.58%~19%之间,符合农药残留检测的要求。田间试验表明:20%五氟·唑·氰氟在稻杆中的消解半衰期小于7 d,最终残留量均低于中国制定的其在糙米上的最大残留限量标准。[结论]20%五氟·唑·氰氟可分散油悬浮剂的推荐制剂用量为105~135 g a.i./hm2,以推荐剂量下施用不会造成在稻杆、糙米、稻壳中的残留污染。[Aims] This study aims to confirm the residue and dissipation behavior of penoxsulam·carfentrazone-ethyl·cyhalofop-butyl 20% oil dispersion to evaluate its environmental risk in rice ecosystem.[Methods] The sample was extracted with acetonitrile,purified with N-propyl ethylenediamine(PSA),graphitized carbon black(GCB),C18,and was detected by using high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS).[Results] The results showed that there was a good linear correlation between the concentrations of penoxsulam,cyhalofop-butyl,carfentrazone-ethyl and their peak areas with R2 of higher than 0.99.The average recoveries of the six analytes varied from 71 to 110% with the relative standard deviation(RSD) ranged from 0.58 to 19% in rice plant,brown rice and rice husk.The field experiments showed that the half-life of the digestion of six compounds in rice plant is less than 7 d,which was more easily degraded than single dose,and the final residue was lower than the maximum residue limit standard for brown rice set by China.[Conclusions] The application of penoxsulam·carfentrazone-ethyl·cyhalofop-butyl 20% oil dispersion at the recommended dosage of preparation(105-135 g a.i./ha) will not cause the residual pollution of penoxsulam,cyhalofop-butyl and carfentrazone-ethyl in rice plant,brown rice and rice husk.
