双环磺草酮与五氟磺草胺复配对水稻直播田一年生杂草的防除效果

摘　　要：[目的]明确双环磺草酮与五氟磺草胺复配对水稻直播田部分一年生杂草的联合作用、复配后的田间防除效果及对水稻的安全性。[方法]分别采用室内生物测定法、田间小区试验法评价双环磺草酮与五氟磺草胺复配对水稻直播田稗草、千金子、鳢肠、异型莎草的联合作用、田间防除效果及对水稻的安全性。[结果]双环磺草酮与五氟磺草胺复配后,对稗草、千金子、鳢肠及异型莎草均呈现加成或增效作用,其中2者有效成分以30:5复配,对稗草、鳢肠有增效作用,按照该配比复配后总用量在157.5~210 g/hm2时,对田间杂草的总株防效和总鲜重防效均在90%以上,明显高于2种单剂的防治效果,且对直播水稻安全。[结论]双环磺草酮与五氟磺草胺复配后不仅可以扩大杀草谱,同时还可以提高对稗草、千金子、鳢肠、异型莎草等的防效,有助于延缓杂草抗药性的产生,具有较好的应用前景。[Aims] This study aims to clarify the joint action types of benzobicyclon and penoxsulam on some annual weeds in direct seeding rice fields,and the field control effect and the safety to rice after mixed.[Methods] The indoor bioassay method and field plot method were used to evaluate the combined action types of benzobicyclon and penoxsulam against Echinochloa crusgalli(L.) Beauv,Leptochloa chine ns is,Eclipta prostrata and Cyperus difformis,the field control effects and safety to rice.[Results] It showed additive or synergistic effects when benzobicyclon was mixed with penoxsulam for control of E.crusgalli,L.chinensis,E.prostrata and C.difformis.Among them,when the active ingredient of benzobicyclon and penoxsulam was 30:5,it had a synergistic effect to E.crusgalli.and E.prostrata;the total plant control effect and total fresh weight control effect on field weeds were both above 90% at dosage of157.5-210 g/ha after mixing according to the above ratio,the control effects were obviously higher than that of two single agents,and it was safe on direct seeding rice.[Conclusions] The mixture of benzobicyclon and penoxsulam can not only broaden the herbicidal spectrum,but also improve the control effect on E.crusgalli,L.chinensis,E.prostrata and C.difformis,which helps to delay weed resistance.This method has a better application prospect in actual production.
