摘 要:18世纪以来,随着国家在贵州东南的渐次开发,糯稻和非糯稻在贵州东南的农田里上演了激烈的角逐。结合历史人类学与感觉人类学的视角,发现农田里的生态演替不仅关联着不同人群(少数族群与汉人、"生苗"与熟苗、征税者与逃避统治者等)的不同食味偏好(糯食与非糯食),而且与不同时期战争、税收、行政、科技、话语的生产与对抗交织和纠缠在一起。这对我们重新理解该区域的族群关系、国家与地方的关系及其历史进程,无疑具有重要意义。Since the 18 th century,with the gradual development in southeast Guizhou,glutinous rice and non-glutinous rice have staged a fierce competition in the farmland in southeast Guizhou.Combining the perspectives of historical anthropology and sensory anthropology,it is found that the ecological succession in farmland is not only related to different groups of people(minorities and Han people,"non-enlightened Miao"and enlightened Miao,tax collectors and non-governed groups,etc.),different taste preferences(glutinous food and non-glutinous food),but also intertwine and entangle with wars,taxations,administrations,technology,and production of discourses in different periods.This is undoubtedly of great significance for us to re-understand the ethnic relations,the relationship between the state and the locality,and the historical process of this area.
