摘  要:β-榄香烯是广谱抗肿瘤植物药榄香烯原料药的主要活性成分,也是榄香烯4种异构体中主要的异构体。侧重对β-榄香烯的衍生化过程中的关键中间体的合成进行归纳和总结,列举出它们的合成方法、反应具体条件、产物收率以及表征数据等。旨在通过总结,方便了解和掌握迄今为止这些中间体最优化的合成技术,启发对现有合成技术的进一步改进,激发对相关类型化合物衍生化的新思路和想法。β-Elemene is the main active ingredient of elemene, a broad-spectrum anti-cancer botanical drug, which is also the main isomer of elemene’s four isomers. The synthesis of some key intermediates were generalized and summarized during the derivatization of β-elemene, wherein the preparation methods, reaction conditions, yields, characterization data of these intermediates were listed. The purpose of this paper is to facilitate people in understanding and grasping the most optimal synthesis of these intermediates up to date, to inspire people pursuing further synthesis improvement, and to stimulate generation of new ideas for future derivatization of β-elemene.
