摘　　要：夏至草Lagopsis supina是传统中药、藏药和蒙药。从药性理论、功能与主治、配伍与方剂、加工炮制等方面,比较夏至草在中医药、藏医药和蒙医药中的异同,并概括其现代研究与应用,以期为夏至草的临床合理用药、质量控制、资源综合利用及综合开发提供参考。Lagopsis supina has been used as a traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), Tibetan medicine and Mongolian medicine for centuries in China. In this paper, we compared the same and differences of L. supina used in TCM, Tibetan medicine and Mongolian medicine, including the medicinal theories, functions and indications, prescriptions, processing methods. Furthermore, we summarized the modern research and application of L. supina from literatures. This paper provided the foundation for the clinical applications, quality control, comprehensive utilization and further development of L. supina.
