摘 要:Salmonella enterica serovar Enteritidis(S.Enteritidis)is a major etiological agent of acute gastroenteritis in humans;the mode of infection being consumption of undercooked or improperly handled poultry meat or contaminated eggs or milk[1,2].Among more than 2,600 serotypes of Salmonella,S.Enteritidis frequently causes Salmonella infections in humans[3].
