摘 要:研究橡胶颗粒混凝土的抗开裂性能,采用外方内圆偏心约束法研究缓凝剂对橡胶颗粒混凝土抗开裂性能的影响。分别对比普通混凝土、橡胶颗粒混凝土、掺缓凝剂混凝土和同时掺入橡胶颗粒与缓凝剂混凝土开裂情况,并研究4种配比的力学性能。试验结果表明:普通混凝土中加入缓凝剂和橡胶颗粒能提高混凝土的抗裂性,两者同时掺入优于单独掺缓凝剂混凝土、橡胶颗粒混凝土和普通混凝土;掺加缓凝剂后提高了橡胶颗粒混凝土的抗压和抗折强度,并有效预防水化热产生的温度裂缝,使橡胶颗粒加入后混凝土强度的减少量得到了弥补。In order to study the anti-cracking performance of the rubber granular concrete,the influence of the retarder on the anti-cracking performance of the rubber granular concrete was studied by the outer square inner circle eccentric restraint method.The cracking of ordinary concrete,rubber granular concrete,concrete with retarder,and concrete mixed with rubber granules and retarder at the same time was compared;and the mechanical properties of the 4 ratios was studied.The test results show that the addition of retarder and rubber particles to ordinary concrete can improve the crack resistance of concrete,and the combination of the two at the same time is better than the concrete mixed with retarder alone,the concrete with rubber particles,and ordinary concrete.After adding retarder,the compressive and flexural strength of the rubber particle concrete is improved,and the temperature cracks caused by the heat of hydration are effectively prevented,so that the decrease in the strength of the concrete after the addition of rubber particle is compensated.
