摘　　要：新版ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018标准已于2018年9月15日发布,转换期为标准发布后的3年。转换期截止后,依据ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011版标准的认证证书将作废或撤销,这也就意味着已获证企业需要在2021年9月15日之前完成转版审核。论文从ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018新版变化角度出发,笔者结合相关组织的最佳实践,探讨组织实施转版活动的落地方法。The new version of ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 has been released on September 15,2018.The transition period to be three years after the release of the standard.After the expiration of the conversion period,the certificates in accordance with ISO2000-1:2011 standard will be invalidated or revoked,which means that the certificated enterprises have to complete the transition audit before September 15,2021.In this paper,from the perspective of the change of the new version ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018,the author combined with the best practices of relevant enterprises to discuss the implementation methods of the enterprise transition activity.
