摘 要:本文关注以半导体产业链,新型显示器件、清洁能源制造为代表的,尚精尖产品制造为功能的高科技工业建筑及其产业园区外部空间。旨在借鉴交通规划中“接驳点”概念从城市设计理论视角提出“城市接驳点”空间的概念,倡导此类园区和城市空间接驳处应主动设置具有一定开放度的复合功能公共空间。通过3种类型接驳点空间的主客观动因及特征分析,提出要打破传统高技术工业建筑冷峻外表和刻板边界带来的封闭感,并结合案例从制度设计、功能需求及建筑创作引导等方而,探索如何更好地通过接驳点空间的优化设计,实现高科技工业建筑及园区的外部空间,成为富有活力的城市友好界面。This paper focuses on high tech industrial building and its external space which mainly produces high precision products like the semiconductor industry chain,new display devices,clean energy manufacturing.By referring to the concept of"connection point"in trafflc planning,this paper puts forward the concept of"urban connection point"space from urban design perspective,and advocates that such innovation parks and urban connection space should open public space with complex functions.By analysing the subjective and objective driving factors and characteristics of the three types of urban connection point,the paper proposes that the isolation caused by the cold appearance and rigid boundary of traditional high tech industrial buildings should be broken.At the same time,this paper combines the cases from the system design,functional requirements and architectural creation guidance to explore how to optimise the design of the interface space to create an active and friendly interface in high-tech industrial buildings and innovation parks.
